THEISPermissions in THEIS are governed by role. Everyone sees and does only their own part — the copywriter writes, the designer supplies the visuals, management approves, the social manager publishes.
Inviting a new member
- V Settings → Team and roles add their e-mail to Invitations and pick a role.
- Send them the link theis.cz/app — it gets registered with the same e-mail and they have access straight away.
Note: registration must be done with exactly the e-mail address you invited. Otherwise the account ends up in the waiting room for approval.
Publishing permissions per network
Only someone who has the role for a given network (e.g. “YouTube” or “Social”) may publish to it. That way nobody accidentally publishes something to a channel that is not theirs.
My flow
Every member has the screen My Flow — a list of tasks made exactly for their role. When it is their turn, they get a push notification on both computer and phone.
How many people and what it costs
The number of seats is set by the plan — Basic 5, Pro 20, Pro AI 50. Details in Billing and seats.
