A calendar that shows the whole month ahead
Drag a post to another day, filter by network and by author, and be sure nothing overlaps. Weekly view for detail, monthly for strategy.
- Drag & drop to change the date — the whole team sees it at once
- Every state has a colour: draft, for approval, scheduled, published
- Filters by network, series or author
Write it once. Publish it to every network.
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn from a single window — right away, or precisely scheduled. Copy, hashtags and post type separately for each network.
- You schedule it for Tuesday 18:00 — and at Tuesday 18:00 it IS there
- YouTube video and Shorts, Instagram Reel, post and Story, a page on Facebook, TikTok, Threads and a company page on LinkedIn
- Only someone with a role for a given network publishes to it
For a company page too, not just the feed
Connecting an account, publishing, stats and comments in the Inbox — LinkedIn works just like the other networks. It fits wherever you write for a more professional audience and for clients, not for fans.
- Posts to a company page, not to a personal profile
- Text and photos; video you publish manually for now, THEIS prepares it for you
- Comments and results are collected the same way as on the other networks
Nothing goes out without approval
Clear roles, an approval flow and traceability — who wrote it, who approved it, who published it. The client does not need an account: you send a link, they click approve.
- Roles for the whole team: copywriter, graphic designer, management, social manager
- Client approval by link — no registration
- My flow: everyone sees only their own tasks
Everyone does their own job. And sees only their own.
Permissions follow roles. The copywriter writes the text, the designer supplies the visuals, management approves and the social manager publishes. Nobody interferes with anyone else's work.
- Permissions per network — the YouTube team does not publish to TikTok
- Push notification when it is your turn
- Reminders and feedback right in the system
Results from all networks. No exports.
Views, likes and comments are pulled in automatically — from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn. Performance is written back to every piece of content.
- KPIs at a glance: reach, engagement, growth
- A content scoreboard — you will see what the team should shoot next
- Stats right on the video or post card
All comments in one inbox
Reply to comments from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and LinkedIn without opening a single one of those apps. Nothing slips through. TikTok does not make comments available to other apps, so none come from there — those are answered directly in TikTok.
- One list instead of five applications
- Reply directly, or hand it to a colleague
- Read / resolved states
A shared canvas for ideas, campaigns and the plan
An infinite canvas for the whole team to work on together — right inside THEIS. Sticky notes, shapes, arrows and a pen to think through a campaign or brainstorm with several people at once. You can see live who is online, including their cursor.
- Sticky notes, shapes, arrows, a pen and mind maps — live for the whole team
- Ready-made templates: retrospective, kanban, brainstorming, video plan
- Comments, voting, presentation mode and PNG export
Every stream broken down in detail
Twitch makes its broadcast history available, so THEIS downloads what has already happened too. For every broadcast you see the viewer curve, when the peak came and which category you were in at the time — with no manual note-taking.
- Streams broadcast: length, peak and average viewers
- Clips with the number of plays and the category they were made in
- Follower growth day by day — the history is filled in retrospectively too
- Which days and hours are worth broadcasting on
Kick, which you will not see anywhere else
Kick makes no broadcast history available — anyone who does not record the numbers as they happen loses them for good. That is why THEIS watches Kick continuously and builds the viewership curve itself. None of the other tools compared can do this.
- Viewership is sampled live — the curve builds during the broadcast
- Peak, average and total length of every broadcast
- Channel subscribers, category and stream title
- Alongside Twitch in one overview, not in two tools
One account, as many brands as you need
An agency switches between clients, a federation between events. Every brand has its own networks, its own team and its own numbers — and nothing gets mixed together.
- Switch brands in one click, the data stays separate
- Roles apply per brand — with one client you approve, with another you write
- Events (a tournament, a festival, a season) have their own calendar and results
Connect with the client, not their inbox
Two organisations connect using a key that both sides agree to. From that moment the shared planner is visible and a particular post is fine-tuned in comments right there on it — not in a chain of emails.
- Connected via a key, confirmed by both sides
- A shared view into a partner's planner
- Comments on a post, where the other side can see them too
You'll find out. But only what you want to know.
Fourteen types of notification — from „waiting for your approval" to „publishing failed". For each one you separately switch on a push to your phone, an email, both, or nothing.
- Push to the phone and to the browser, e-mail as a backup
- A switch for every event type, not one master switch for everything
- Clicking the notification takes you straight to that place in the application
Ask your data in plain English
THEIS can be connected to an AI assistant you already use — Claude, for example. Instead of clicking through screens you simply ask: “What has been sitting in production the longest?”, “Compare Instagram in July and August for me”, “Which show has the highest reach?”. The assistant pulls the data straight out of THEIS and answers from it, not from a guess.
It is most useful for questions no application has a screen for — comparing periods, cross-referencing stats across networks, searching the history. A report that used to take half an hour by hand in a spreadsheet is suddenly a single sentence.
There is no artificial intelligence in THEIS itself and nothing is sent from here anywhere. You use your own, at your place, and you pay for it yourself. THEIS only opens the door to your data — and watches who goes through it.
- Read only — nothing can be published, changed or deleted through it
- They see exactly what that person sees in the app — the same permissions
- An administrator creates the key in Admin and can revoke it at any time with one click
- Every read is recorded in the Activity log
- Filters by organisation, period, network, show, type and author
In production there are 48 videos, 4 of them in progress. 12 items are waiting for render.
| Status | Count |
|---|---|
| In progress | 4 |
| Waiting for a render | 12 |
| Scheduled ahead | 5 |
The whole app in your pocket, not just a preview
A native app for iOS and Android. You upload video straight from the event, approve a post on the tram, and have a widget on your home screen with what is coming up.
- iOS and Android, sign in with Apple or Google
- Home-screen widget: videos in progress or scheduled posts
- You can see the progress of a video upload on the lock screen too
for approval
The work done counts. Literally.
Completed tasks drop rainbows, and rainbows buy rewards in the internal shop — from a badge next to your name to real goods that you then hand out. And when something goes wrong, a targeted reprimand says so instead of a mass e-mail.
- Your own currency and a shop you stock yourself
- Badges next to the name that the whole team sees
- Games for a break — and a nudge about everything else
One library for the whole organisation
Photos and videos in one place, not in ten folders on ten drives. An event is only a filter, not a compartment — you will find last year's shot this year too, and duplicates get spotted even when someone re-saved and renamed them.
- A visual fingerprint recognises even a re-saved copy
- Full text search in descriptions, labels and names
- Videos and photos side by side, including versions from the render
1 248 items · 3 events · 1 duplicate found
Show it to the outside world, but on your own terms
A portal on your own domain, or a one-off link with a password and an expiry. For each photo you can decide whether it may be downloaded at full quality, only resized, or not at all — and the watermark can be placed in six positions.
- Rules at three levels: organisation, event, photo
- A daily download cap, so one link can't leak everything
- A watermark is a mark, not protection — what is enforced is quality
theis.cz/gallery/your-team
password · valid 14 days · cap 10 GB/day
The photographer does not need an account
You send them a link, they upload — and the material lands straight in the right event. Anyone with their own FTP server can keep dumping files into it as before; THEIS picks them up itself and creates the items.
- A link with a password, an expiry and a file-count limit
- Uploads wait for approval before they appear to the others
- Duplicates are caught right at intake
theis.cz/upload/spring-races
FTP · link · upload in the app
Your website pulls the photos in by itself
A gallery on the organisation's website does not have to be manual work. The API returns the list and the file addresses, supports incremental downloads, and a key can be limited to only what is approved and public.
- Reading and writing — the website can contribute to the media bank too
- The key is shown once; it cannot be looked up afterwards
- Finished sizes are served, nothing is recomputed
A photo finds its person
When a person from the register is matched with a THEIS account, they get a notification that they are in new photos — and in the library they can switch on the "photos with me in them" filter. It is collected per person, not per shot, so a thousand photos do not mean a thousand messages.
- One message per batch, not per shot
- Sent only when confidence is high enough
- Without being paired to an account, a person is only labelled
You are in new photos
We have 5 photos with you in them. Take a look in the library.
The small things nobody promises — and that are missing anyway
The things nobody asks about in a tender, but without which the tool is worse to work with every day.
A dashboard for the morning
What is due to go out today, what is waiting for you and where things are stuck — right after signing in, with no clicking around.
A monitor for the wall
A big-screen overview for the crew or the office. It runs by itself, updates live, nobody has to operate it.
Brand library
Logos, overlays and end cards sit on Google Drive in folders the system creates itself. Creators just pick them.
In-app support
You write from inside THEIS and the reply comes back where you asked. No hunting for a support e-mail.
Help for every part
Every tab has its own article — written in plain Czech and for people, not as a list of features.
Export to CSV
Anything you see in the table can be downloaded for Excel — correctly, with semicolons and with accented characters.
Light and dark mode
Switch it yourself, or leave it to the system. Both are designed separately, not just inverted colours.
Live for everyone
Others see the change immediately, without refreshing the page. Nobody works on a version that no longer applies.
Do you make videos? Take a look at event mode
Full video production step by step: review → copy → graphics → render — with partner logos baked into the video automatically.
