Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the service THEIS (the "service"), operated by Tetify s.r.o., company ID 23715227, registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Praha 10 (the "operator"). By accessing and using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

THEIS is a tool for managing video production and for publishing content to social networks (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn), including planning, approvals, stats and team collaboration. It also includes an inbox of comments from connected networks, a shared board, an overview of streams from Twitch and Kick, a mobile app and supplementary elements (rewards for work done and short games) that have no bearing on the scope of the service.

2. Account and access

  • An account can be created self-service via the web, or it can be assigned by the organisation's administrator. Access to a particular organisation is always approved by its administrator.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.
  • The scope of your permissions (role) determines which actions you can perform in the service.

3. Subscription, payments and termination

  • Plans and pricing are listed on the page Pricing. The price is for the whole team and includes the number of seats listed with the plan; seats are not bought one at a time — when your team outgrows the plan, you move up to a higher one. Only storage can be bought on top.
  • Billing period is monthly. The subscription renews automatically for another month until you cancel it.
  • Payments is handled by the payment gateway. Card details are never entered into the service and the operator has no access to them.
  • Cancellation is done in the app under Billing. The service runs until the end of the paid period; the proportional part is not refunded unless we agree otherwise.
  • Outstanding payment: we will let you know if a payment fails. If the payment does not arrive even after a reminder, access to paid features may be suspended. Data stays stored.
  • Price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies from the next billing period. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel the subscription before then.
  • Event mode with video production is agreed individually; the terms are set by a separate agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You undertake not to use the service for unlawful content or to infringe the rights of third parties. In particular, you must not:

  • upload or publish content you do not hold the necessary rights to;
  • circumvent the security, limits or roles in the service;
  • breach the terms of connected platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok);
  • use the service for spam, deceptive or harmful content.

5. User content

All rights to the content you upload to the service remain yours. You grant the operator a limited licence necessary for the service to process and store the content and, on your instruction, publish it to the connected networks. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights and consents to the content.

6. Connected third-party platforms

Publishing and reading stats go through third-party APIs. By using them you undertake to comply with their terms:

The operator is not responsible for the availability, changes or behaviour of these platforms.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable operation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change the service, its features or these terms; we will inform you of material changes in the service or by email.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or loss of data arising from use of the service or from an outage of the connected platforms, unless the law provides otherwise.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account for a breach of these terms or for operational reasons. You can stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
