Account deletion

Your account in the app THEIS and the associated personal data can be permanently deleted at any time. This page describes the procedure and which data are removed and which are kept.

How to delete the account

Directly in the THEIS app (mobile app and the web at theis.cz):

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the section Account cancellation.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion by typing your e-mail address.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in to the application.

If you do not have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account by e-mail at theodor@tetify.cz from the address registered on your account. We will handle the request within 30 days.

Which data is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (including connections through Google and Slack)
  • Name, email address and account settings
  • Push tokens device (notifications)
  • Your notifications, notice a purchases in the app

Which data is retained

So that the team does not lose the context of shared work, they stay in the system, but detached from your identity (without name and e-mail):

  • Comments, which you wrote in the threads on videos and posts
  • Scheduled posts and the entries in the production calendar that you created

Videos and media content you have uploaded to the system are the working property of the organisation and remain part of it.

Retention period

Personal data is deleted immediately when the account is deleted. Residual copies in operational backups are automatically overwritten within 30 days.
