THEISTHEIS is a shared workspace for the whole team — you set it up once and then just invite your colleagues. The whole initial setup takes a few minutes.
1. Registration and creating an organisation
On theis.cz/app register with an e-mail address, Google or an Apple account. Right after that you you create an organisation — that is your workspace: your own data, team, settings and billing. You become its administrator.
2. Activating the subscription
You choose a plan and pay by card through Stripe. The subscription is activated immediately. Every plan includes seats in the price — Basic 5, Pro 20, Pro AI 50. Seats are not bought one at a time; when your team grows, you move up a plan.
3. Setup guide
After payment a wizard guides you through: brand name and colour, choice of mode, inviting the team and connecting the first network. None of it is irreversible — you can change everything later in Settings (the icon in the left-hand menu).
4. Connect the networks and publish
V Settings → Publishing channels you connect YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (guides: YouTube, IG + FB, TikTok). Then just open Posts, write your first post and schedule it — see First post.
