That is deliberate: instead of nickel-and-diming for every head, each plan has a clear number of people. When the team grows, you move one plan up — and you get everything else with it.

What you ask most often
When will it be possible to order a plan?+
The plans are only just launching, which is why they still carry Coming soon and cannot be clicked. Once payments are live, you will order a plan directly in the application. Write to us and we will let you know first.
What is a „seat"?+
A seat = one person on the team. Basic includes 5 of them, Pro 20 and Pro AI 50. It doesn't count who signed in when — a seat is held by a person you have on the team.
Can I buy extra seats?+
No, and that is deliberate. Instead of nickel-and-diming for every head, each plan has a clear number of people. When the team grows, you move up a plan — and you get everything else the higher plan can do along with it.
What if I run out of storage?+
You add +100 GB for 300 CZK a month, as many times as you like. It is the only item that can be bought on top.
Why does Basic have no stats or inbox?+
Basic is for a team that mainly needs to plan and publish content. Basic includes storage too (20 GB); stats, the comment inbox and the large library are added by Pro — and it is the main reason why people move between them.
What exactly does Pro AI add?+
Four things: recognition of people and numbers in photos (against your organisation's register of people — findings are only suggested, a person confirms them), video rendering with logos and end cards, the whole production line from upload to publishing, and sending photos out to people, which the system recognises.
Will I get an invoice for my company?+
Yes. You fill in your company and VAT number when ordering, and the invoice is then available in Payment management.
