THEISInstagram and Facebook are both connected through Meta login. There is one condition that almost everyone runs into:
Instagram must be a Professional profile (Business or Creator) and it must be linked with a Facebook Page. A personal IG profile cannot be connected — that is Meta's rule, not ours.
Preparation (one-off)
- In the Instagram mobile app: Settings → Account → Switch to a professional account.
- Link IG with a Facebook Page: in Instagram Edit profile → Page (or in the page settings on Facebook).
Connecting in THEIS
- Settings → Publishing channels → for Instagram/Facebook click Connect.
- Sign in to Meta with the account that manages the page and allow access to both the page and the IG profile.
What can be published
To Instagram: posts, carousels, Reels and Stories. To Facebook: posts on a page (photos, videos, links). Comments from both networks flow to your the inbox.
