Price and invoicing
What does a „seat" mean and how many do I have?+
A seat = one person on the team. Basic includes 5 seats, Pro 20 and Pro AI 50. Seats are not bought on top — when the team grows, you move up a plan.
How much does THEIS cost?+
Basic 499 CZK, Pro 2 999 CZK a Pro AI 9 999 CZK per month; Enterprise is bespoke. The only add-on is +100 GB of storage for 300 CZK per month. The full pricing
Can I cancel at any time? What happens to the data?+
You can cancel any time in Admin → Billing. Access runs until the end of the paid period and we keep the data for another 60 days — you restore it and carry on where you left off.
Will I get an invoice with a VAT number?+
Yes — you fill in your company and VAT number on the payment page and every invoice can be downloaded in Payment management.
What happens right after payment?+
The subscription is activated immediately and a wizard walks you through the setup — brand, team, connecting the networks.
Networks and publishing
Do I need my own accounts on the networks?+
Yes — it publishes to yours accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn) stay yours. You connect them with a secure sign-in to the given network directly in the app.
Does it really publish on its own?+
Yes. You schedule it for Tuesday 18:00 — and at 18:00 on Tuesday the post goes out. No alarm clock, no export, no manual uploading.
Which formats does it handle?+
YouTube video and Shorts, Instagram post / Reel / Story, Facebook page, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn to a company page. Photos, carousels and videos.
What if a network rejects the post?+
You see it in THEIS right away on the post in question, together with the reason — and you can fix it and send it again.
Library and recognition
What is the photo and video bank?+
One library for the whole organisation where everything lands — from an upload in the app, from your FTP server and from the link you send to the photographer. An event is only a filter, not a drawer, so you will find last year's shot this year too. It also spots a duplicate when someone re-saved or renamed it.
How does person recognition work?+
You add people to the organisation's register, each with a few reference photos. The system then recognises faces in new images and reads the numbers on shirts. Findings are only suggested — each one shows a confidence figure in per cent and is always confirmed by a person. Nothing is overwritten on its own and the whole thing can be left switched off.
Does a person get the photos they're in?+
When you match a person from the register with their THEIS account, they get a "you are in new photos" notification and can switch on a filter in the library Photos with me in them. We send one message per batch, not for every single frame, and only at sufficiently high confidence. Without a link to an account, the person in the photo is only labelled.
Can we show the photos publicly?+
Yes, in two ways: a portal on your own domain (theis.cz/gallery/your-team) or one-time link with a password and an expiry. For each photo you can set whether it can be downloaded in full quality, only resized, or not at all. The watermark can sit in six positions. The public side also has a daily download cap, so that one heavily shared link cannot leak.
Can THEIS search footage by what is in it?+
No. What is recognised is people from your organisation's register a numbers on shirts — we cannot search generally for "a shot with a ball". Search runs over names, descriptions, labels and over who the system recognised in the photo.
Can our website pull the photos in?+
Yes, through an API. It returns a list as well as file addresses and can handle incremental downloading, so not everything is downloaded every time. A key can be limited to what is approved and public only. Ready-made sizes are served — original, 1600 px and thumbnail — nothing is recalculated.
Video production (Event mode)
What is the difference between Standard and Event mode?+
Standard = social planner (planning, publishing, inbox, stats). Event mode adds the whole video production on top: a six-stage pipeline, production roles and automatic rendering with branding. More about production →
How does automatic rendering work?+
You upload the finished edit and THEIS bakes in partner logos, overlays and an end card by itself — in horizontal and vertical for Reels/Shorts. The editor does not have to sit at a computer.
How is Event mode rolled out?+
We sit down over your process, set up series, roles and graphics and take the team through the first live run. Usually days, not months.
Team and roles
How many people can work in THEIS?+
By plan: Basic 5, Pro 20, Pro AI 50, Enterprise by agreement. Roles decide who may do what — from the copywriter to management.
Can a client approve without an account?+
Yes — you send them a link, they go through the preview and click approval. Everything is recorded, with no sign-up needed.
Does THEIS work on mobile?+
Yes — web, iOS and Android apps with push notifications. You can approve and publish from anywhere.
AI connector
What is it, actually?+
THEIS can be connected to an AI assistant you already use — Claude, for example. Instead of clicking through screens you simply ask in plain language: “How did Instagram do in August?”, “What has been sitting in production the longest?” The assistant pulls the data straight out of THEIS and answers from it. It is most useful for questions the app has no screen for — comparing periods, crossing stats across networks, searching through history.
Is there artificial intelligence in THEIS?+
It is not. No AI runs inside THEIS and nothing is sent from here anywhere. You use your own, on your side, and you pay for it yourself — THEIS only opens the door to your data. Anyone who does not want AI simply leaves the connector switched off and nothing changes for them.
Can anyone publish or delete something through it?+
No. The connector can read only. Nothing can be published, changed or deleted through it — publishing stays where it is visible what goes where and when, that is with the button in the application.
Will the AI see data I have no right to?+
No. The query runs under that person's identity, so exactly the same permissions apply as in the app — anyone who cannot see another organisation in THEIS will not see it through the connector either. It is not a separate route to the data, it is the same view through a different door.
Who can create a key and how do I revoke it?+
Key created by organisation administrator in Admin → AI connection. It is shown only once and only its fingerprint stays with us. Revoking is immediate, in a single click — the AI that was using it loses access at once.
Can you tell who asked what through the AI?+
Yes. Every read is written into the the activity log — who, which query and when. For a key you also see when it was last used.
Does it cost anything extra?+
Not from us, the connector is part of the subscription. You only pay for your own AI assistant, directly to its provider.
Data and security
Where is the data stored?+
On infrastructure in the EU. Transfer and storage are both encrypted and every organisation is strictly separated from the others.
Does THEIS see the passwords to my networks?+
No. Networks are connected through the official secure sign-in of the network in question — you enter your password directly with them, it never reaches us. All we get is permission to publish.
How do I delete my account?+
Directly in the app, or by following the instructions at theis.cz/smazani-uctu.
