First post and planning

Posts are created on the screen Posts and are planned in Planner — you will find both in the left-hand menu.

Creating a post

1. V Posts click on a new post and upload a photo, carousel or video.
2. Write the text — for each network you can have your own version of the text, hashtags and post type (e.g. IG Reel vs. FB post).
3. Choose the networks the post should go to and check the preview — it looks exactly like it does in the feed.

Scheduling

Set the date and time — and you are done. The post really goes out at that time, on its own, with no alarm clock and no manual uploading. Or publish straight away with a single click.

Calendar

V Planner you see the whole week and the whole month. Changing a date = dragging a card to another day; the whole team sees the change immediately. Every status has a colour (draft, for approval, scheduled, published), so you can tell at a glance where everything stands.
