THEISStats
Views, likes, comments and other numbers are pulled from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are downloaded automatically — no exports, no spreadsheets. You will find them in three places:
- Dashboard — the overall overview and trend,
- Settings → Analytics — reach, engagement and a ranking of content by performance,
- for each post/video — the performance of a particular item right on its card.
The numbers refresh continuously after publishing (most often during the first few days, when the most is happening with the content).
Comment inbox
Screen Inbox collects comments from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and LinkedIn into a single list. TikTok is not among them — it does not make comments available through the API. For each one you see the network, the post and the thread — and you reply straight from THEIS without opening a single one of those apps. States read / handled make sure nothing slips through.
Tip: A push notification can arrive for a new comment — you set it up in Settings.
