THEISReprimand is a note about work done — a manager's tool, not a punishment. It exists so that a repeated mistake gets named once and out loud, instead of being sorted out in the corridor.
Who can see them
- You you see your own in My reprimands.
- Lead and admin sees the reprimands of the whole team.
- Other team members your reprimands cannot see.
How they are given
An admin or a lead adds a reprimand to a specific member with a description of what it concerns. The member gets a notification so it does not slip past them.
Reprimands have no effect on rainbows or on what a person may do in the system. It is a record, not a penalty.
