THEISMy Flow is a personal list — it shows only what is waiting on you. Whoever does copy sees the videos waiting for text; whoever does graphics sees the ones waiting for a thumbnail.
How it works
- They are sorted by how long the task has been waiting — the oldest at the top.
- Clicking a card opens the video and directly the part you are meant to fill in.
- Once you complete your step, the video disappears from Flow and appears to the next person in line.
Notice
As soon as it is your turn, you will get push to the browser and to the phone. You set what you want to receive in Settings → Alerts — for each type separately, including whether you also want an e-mail.
An empty Flow does not mean there is no work — it means nothing is waiting for your role right now.
