In the section Settings → Statuses and labels you set up three sets of markers that are then used to describe the cards in Planner — where the content currently is, what topic it covers and what it relates to.
Board statuses
Block Board statuses (Planner) contains colour-coded statuses that tell you at a glance which stage a card is in — for example “For Lenka's approval” or “Waiting for graphics”. Via + Add status you enter Name and you select Colour; in the table you can then edit or delete the status at any time.
The state is assigned to the card in the Planner via ⋯, where in the section Board status you pick one of the statuses or No status. You will find the same menu on posts and on bulk-selected cards.
Content pillars
Block Content pillars (Planner) is used for the thematic areas you produce long term — sports broadcasts, profiles, behind the scenes. They are added via + Add pillar with the same fields: Name a Colour. You assign them to a card in the Planner via ⋯ → Pillars & tags… and you can tick as many of them as you like.
Tags
Block Tags (Planner) are free-form labels with no colour — sports, event names, partners, anything you may want to search by later. You create them in + Add tag, you only need to fill in Tag name. They are assigned in the same window as the pillars, that is via ⋯ → Pillars & tags….
Where it all shows up
- On the cards in Planner the state, pillars and tags are shown as coloured labels.
- New sections appear in the Planner filters Status — board, Pillars a Tags, which you use to sift through the board.
- V CSV export from the Planner are separate columns Board status, Pillars a Tags.
Column ID in the tables is only an internal identifier — it is created automatically from the name and cannot be overwritten later when editing. You can change the name and colour at any time, the change is reflected on all cards immediately.
