THEISThis is where you build the skeleton your videos are made by — what series you have, where finished files go and everything a video has to pass through before it is published. You will find it in Settings → Production process, in the part for event mode.
Series (Shows)
A series is a video type and is offered in the selection when uploading. Through + Add Series a window opens with the tabs General settings, Horizontal (16:9), Vertical (9:16) a STORY (9:16). In the general settings you fill in ID, Displayed name, Duration a Allowed video formats — in Upload Video only the ticked ones will then be offered for that series (Horizontal, Vertical, STORY). Linked show makes sure that the series and the show fill each other in during upload, and Thumbnails can have their own folder. On the tabs of individual formats you enter Google Drive folders (Source, Archive, Target), Logo Link, up to three Sponsor inserts including Injection Timing and three End Cards. In the overview you then see, for each series, links to the folders (Source, Archive, Target) as well as small previews of the assets.
Platforms
Distribution channels that appear on a video in its detail. Via + Add Platform you enter Key ID, Displayed name a Required role — only a person who holds that role may then handle the channel. You cannot delete the last channel; videos would have nowhere to go. When you delete a channel, videos that were waiting only for it are recalculated and some of them are completed straight away.
Process steps (Kanban)
These are the columns in the Monitor and at the same time the phases of production. Via + Add Step you enter Step ID, Displayed name a Internal Type (copy, graphics, render, review, publishing, published), which tells you what is being done in it. Steps with copy, graphics, render and review also have a toggle The step is active — a disabled step is skipped for all videos and disappears from the Monitor as well.
Pool of random end cards
A set of end cards kept separately for Horizontal (16:9), Vertical (9:16) a STORY (9:16). If you tick, for the endcard of a series, Random from the pool, one from the set is picked for each video. You add them via + Add Endcard — you fill in Name / Description a End Card Link (URL), or you can use Choose from the library. When the set for STORY is empty, the vertical one is used.
