Here you connect the network accounts that finished videos from event production go to — YouTube, Instagram / Facebook a TikTok. Without a connected account the finished video has nowhere to be sent.
Every event has its own connections
In the bar at the top Connected social network accounts you will see the line „Saving for:" and the event name. If the team works with several events, there is a drop-down list next to it that you use to switch the event — this changes only this tab, not the event the rest of the application works in. Thanks to that, each event can publish to a different channel. Until any event exists, you will only see a prompt to create one in Settings → Events and modes.
The post planner (standard mode) has its connections separate — you will find those in Settings → Publishing channels.
Connecting by signing in
- On the network card click Connect account.
- Confirm the prompt with the button Continue to Google, or rather Continue to Facebook, and in the window that opens, sign in with the account that manages the target channel or page.
- If the account has several Facebook pages, choose in the window Choose a page the right one — with a single page it selects itself. It is also filled in right away with Instagram user ID a Facebook Page ID.
You can see the status on the card as Connected or Not connected. For an account that is already connected the button changes to Reconnect — use it when publishing is to happen under a different account.
What if you want to disconnect the account
Below the connected account button is Disconnect. It deletes the sign-in to that network — scheduled publishing to it stops working until you connect it again. The rest of the event settings stays, so once you reconnect everything still matches.
Where publishing itself is set up
This tab only deals with connecting accounts — there are no fields to fill in here. Visibility (public, unlisted, private), name, description and thumbnail are all set on the each publication separately in the window Publish / Schedule in the video detail.
