THEISThe shop is internal team rewarding: for work in the system people automatically collect rainbows 🌈 and in Shop they buy name decorations or real goods with them. You set the whole thing up in Settings → Shop and rewards.
Rainbow rates
In the top card Rainbow rates you set how many rainbows each person is credited for the work done: Uploaded video, Completed flow step, Published post a Daily login (global). You confirm the changes with the button Save rates. The first three rates apply separately for each event and for standard mode; the daily login is shared across all of them.
What to put on offer
In the card Shop you choose in the field Type, that you are adding:
- ✨ Digital perk — a reward that the whole team sees next to your name. You pick Perk (Golden name, Coloured name, Icon next to the name, Profile picture frame) and you fill in Perk value — a hex colour for a coloured name, an emoji for an icon, the name of a look for a frame. For the icon and the frame you can instead use the field …or upload an image. For Golden name the value is not filled in.
- 🎁 Physical goods — a T-shirt, a bottle, anything physical. On top of that, the field Stock (empty = ∞).
For each item add Name, Price (🌈), Caption and optionally Image (URL, optional), then click Add item.
Item management
Table Items in this shop shows Name, Type, The price a Stock. With the toggle in the column Active temporarily hides the item from the listing without you losing it; the button Delete deletes it permanently once you confirm.
Handing over physical goods
When someone buys a physical item, the rainbows are deducted immediately and the order drops into the table Physical orders with the state Waiting.
- By columns User, Item a Date you prepare and hand over the goods.
- You click Mark as published — the status switches to Published.
- If you pressed the button by mistake, use the button Send back the order goes back among the pending ones.
Digital perks activate themselves right after purchase, you do not have to hand those out. Every team member sees their rainbow balance in the side menu and in Shop and under the question mark How you earn rainbows finds exactly the rates you set.
