Upload and video names

Here you set what the team fills in on the page Upload Video — the resulting video name is assembled from these fields — and so is whatever is left of that name on the cards in the Monitor and the Planner. You will find it in Settings → Upload and names and it applies to event mode.

Order of the „Video type“ buttons

Determines the order in which the formats are offered during upload Horizontal, Vertical a STORY. You move them up or down with the arrows; the first one in order is preselected, so put the one you upload most often at the top. The video number and the format abbreviation are then added automatically to the name in front of the filled-in fields (HOR or VER).

Generator fields

A list of fields that the team fills in under Title generator. Their order in the table = the order in which the values are assembled into the name (they are joined with an underscore). With the button + Add Field you open the window New generator field:

1. Field ID (no spaces or accents) — a short identifier; it cannot be changed once created.
2. Name (label) — what the team sees next to the field when uploading.
3. Type — Dropdown (select) for choosing from predefined values, or Text (free input), where the text you type is automatically converted to capital letters and spaces to underscores.
4. Optionally tick Extract Code — only the part after the „ - “ separator is then taken from the selected value into the name (e.g. from „Atletika - ATL“ only ATL).

The arrows change the order, the pencil edits the name and type, the bin deletes the field together with its options.

Options

The values you choose from in drop-down fields. At the top in Choose a field choose a field — only then will its list and the button appear + Add Option. For an ordinary field you enter only The value, and for the date field the pair Label (displayed text), for example „Friday 19. 6.“, and Value, which goes into the name.

Card display (Monitor + Planner)

Video names tend to be long, so cards only show an extract. For each field you choose whether it should be Text (names / note), Sport (coloured label) — there may be only one of those — or Hide (clutter). For a date field you only choose between Show the date a Hide date. In the field Always hide these texts you can add more shortcuts separated by commas. You will see the result straight away in Preview, where you can rewrite the sample video name and watch how the card will look.
