THEISV Settings → Operations and maintenance are toggles with which you temporarily pause the team's work, fine-tune how production runs and set up notifications. Changes are saved automatically — there is no Save button here.
System
Card System contains three things that come in handy when something is being reconfigured or fixed:
- System maintenance — switching it on pauses work for the whole team. Instead of the application they see the message you write in the field A message for the user (it appears under the toggle as soon as you turn it on). Admins carry on working and a label lights up next to the name Active, so that you do not forget about it.
- Pause upload — it only closes the uploading of new videos. The rest of the application works normally; instead of the form the team sees your A message for the user. Admins can upload.
- Reload the app for everyone — the button Renew… loads the latest version of the app on all open devices. It comes in handy right after you change a setting. It reloads for you too, and work in progress is not lost.
Workflow
Two video production settings:
- Review before copy — when it is off, the Review step is skipped and the uploaded video goes straight to copy.
- Template for video names — the pattern from which the name of a newly uploaded video is assembled. In it you can use {SERIE} a {DATUM}; the pre-filled form is {SERIE}_{DATUM}, the result looks something like show_2026-06-20.
Notifications
The switch Alerts for new tasks sends a team member a notification the moment a video is added to their My Flow. When it is on, you can adjust Title a Text messages and use variables in them {STATUS}, {CISLOVKA}, {DRUH}, {TITLE}, {ROLE} a {AUTOR}.
Below that is Key for delivering notifications. Without it, notifications will not reach the browser. You fill it in once during setup and then never touch it again.
