Help Partner delivery

Partner delivery

When you put partner logos, injections and end cards into videos, here you will see in black and white how many times each partner appeared and how many people actually saw them. It is the basis for a report to the partner — how much delivery they got.

Before it starts counting

The numbers come from the partners assigned to individual source files. You assign a partner in Settings → Asset library: first, in the section Partners create it with the button + Add partner (you fill in Partner name and you upload the logo), then you select it for the logo, the injection or the endcard in the field Partners (as many as you like). One asset can have several of them.

Only published videos with a saved record of the source files used are counted into the overview. Videos made before this feature was switched on are not in the numbers — the overview will tell you how many of them have no record.

What the top tiles show

Above the list there are five summaries for the whole event: Real impressions (how many eyes saw the partners in total), Reach of sponsor videos with views underneath each other, Engagement (likes, comments and shares), Active partners a Videos with partners. The last one also shows the share of videos that already have their stats loaded.

Partner card

Partners are sorted from the largest delivery and numbered. For each one you will find:

  • the percentage share of total impressions and a bar for quick comparison,
  • row reach, the number of videos, Ø/video a engagement,
  • breakdown by source type — logo, injection, endcard,
  • breakdown by channel YouTube, Instagram, Facebook a TikTok,
  • a large number on the right impressions and below it the count placement.

Below the list there is also a row No partner assigned — those are the assets with no partner filled in. When that number is high, assignments are missing in the library.

How it is calculated

An impression = how many times the asset appeared in the video (logo and end card once, injection for every repetition) × the real views of the video across channels. Randomly picked end cards are counted exactly as they actually came up. Placement is only a rough estimate based on the number of platforms and does not depend on stats.

The overview is calculated when you first open the tab. If new figures arrive from the networks in the meantime, click Load / refresh.
