THEISThe asset library is a single place where you store logos, injections and end cards under your own names — along with the partners they belong to. Once they are here, you pick them when setting up production with a single click instead of pasting links.
Partners
At the top in the section Partners you create the companies whose logos, injections and end cards you put into videos. With the button + Add partner you fill in Partner name and you upload Partner logo (for orientation) — the logo only serves to help you recognise the partner in the list at a glance. You can then edit or delete the partner card at any time using the icons in its corner. The partner assignments feed the overview in Settings → Partner delivery.
Logos, injections and end cards
Under partners there are three separate sections — Logos, Sponsor inserts a End cards — and you fill each one in with the button + Add logo, + Add injection, or rather + Add endcard. For each asset you fill in:
- Name — how the asset will be offered to you when choosing (for example „Summer 2026 Logo“).
- Partners (as many as you like) — clicking a label assigns one or several partners.
- Orientation — Horizontal (16:9), or Vertical / STORY (9:16).
- URL — a direct link to the file. A preview appears next to the field straight away, so you can tell whether the link really works. Without a link the asset will not be saved; the name is optional.
In the list each section is then split into Horizontal (16:9) a Vertical / STORY (9:16), next to the name you see the coloured labels of the assigned partners, and the icons let you edit or delete the asset.
How the library is used in production
- V Settings → Production process open the series. Next to each field for the logo, injection and end card there is an icon Choose from the library — click and pick an asset by name.
- A caption appears below the field From the library: name, so it is clear which asset is set.
- In the same tab, in the section Pool of random end cards when adding an end card you have a drop-down at the top Choose from the library (optional) — it fills in the link and the name too, if you have not filled it in yet. It is only offered when the library contains an end card in that orientation.
