THEISVideo database is the complete list of all videos in the current event in one table — from upload to the finished render. You use it when you need to look something up, fix it by hand or remove it from production. You will find it in Settings → Video database and belongs to Event mode.
What you see in the table
Each row is one video and has columns ID (its number, for example #142), Type, Author, Uploaded, Fix (the number of the video it replaces), Name and two columns with links — Preview. a Render. The first fifteen videos are loaded; you add more with the button Load more below the table.
Adding a video manually
Button + Add Video above the table creates a video without anyone having to upload it. It comes in handy when the video was made outside the app or when you need to add a missing piece to production.
- Choose Series / Target folder, or leave No series.
- Fill in Author (email); your own is pre-filled.
- Choose Video Type: Horizontal, Vertical or STORY.
- If this is a fix, enter the number of the original video in Fix of video # (optional).
- Optionally tick Priority video.
Editing a single video
The pencil icon (Edit) at the end of the row opens the window Editing Video #. Here you can overwrite Title, Author (email), Type / Series, Video Type, Description (Copy Description), Text on the thumbnail (Copy Nahledovka), links Preview URL (original upload), Thumbnail URL a Render URL and the links as well Fix of (video number) a Replaced By (Video number). The checkboxes at the bottom determine which platforms the video is headed for and whether it should have Review Approved or Priority.
In the red box God Mode (Flow Control) are three shortcuts that send a video back in the process: Send back to the Copywriter, Send back to the Designer a Force approval. They do not save anything by themselves — they only reset the fields in the form, so you still have to click Save changes.
Deletion
The bin icon deletes the video permanently. The app asks first Permanently delete video #? and removes it only after you confirm with the button Delete video.
